BOTOX® Cosmetic
BOTOX® Cosmetic can reduce fine facial lines and wrinkles. This injectable works by relaxing specific muscles that control facial movements and cause wrinkles to form. In some cases, BOTOX® Cosmetic can be used to alleviate migraines or treat excessive sweating in the armpits and palms.
JUVÉDERM® XC
JUVÉDERM® XC is a dermal filler made of a synthesized, non-animal hyaluronic acid. Our bodies naturally produce hyaluronic acid to help essential nutrients transfer from the bloodstream to the skin. However, natural production of this substance can diminish over time, reducing the elasticity of skin. JUVÉDERM® XC works by replenishing hyaluronic acid, and it is available in various concentrations to treat different types of wrinkles and lines.
JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC
JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC is also made from non-animal hyaluronic acid, but this injectable was created to contour facial features by adding volume to a patient’s cheeks, cheekbones, chin or other problem areas. JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC treatments can last up to two years.
Restylane®
Restylane® is a family of hyaluronic acid products designed to mimic the body’s naturally produced hyaluronic acid. Each product in the Restylane® line treats a different area of the body, and together can treat all the areas most prone to wrinkles. Restylane® products can be used for: lip augmentation, smoothing wrinkles around the mouth, increasing volume to the cheeks and the backs of the hands, and more.
Fat Transfer
With fat transfer injections, we can reduce wrinkles or add volume to a patient’s face using their own natural tissue. During this treatment, Dr. Jacobson will remove a small amount of fat from an area of the body and inject it into a targeted area of the face. When compared to other injectable treatments, fat transfer injections can provide very long-lasting results.
